All product delivery times and dates are provided in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless otherwise stated, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery date and will be delivered within 30 days of our acceptance of your order. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions.
1. Shipping Area
We offer international express delivery services to over 200 countries and regions worldwide. No matter where you are, we can deliver your package safely.
2. Shipping Time
After you successfully place your order and complete payment, we will arrange shipment within 2 to 5 business days.
"Business Day" Definition: Generally refers to Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and statutory holidays.
Processing Process: This period includes necessary steps such as order processing, product inspection, and packaging and shipping.
Shipping Notification: Once the package is shipped, we will provide you with a waybill number via email or SMS so that you can track the shipment status in real time.
3. Shipping Time (For reference only)
Please note that shipping time and shipping time are two different concepts. The total estimated delivery time is the shipping time + international shipping time.
Major cities in Asia: Approximately 5-14 business days
North America and Europe: Approximately10-30 business days
Other regions (such as South America and Africa): Approximately 7-15 business days or longer
