Refund Policy

Returns must be complete (no missing parts) and in their original packaging.

Important: All returns must retain their original packaging.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return a brand new item for an exchange or refund within two weeks of receipt. If more than two weeks have passed, we regretfully cannot offer a refund or exchange. All returns of non-defective products will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in new condition, including the original box, packaging, and accessories (if applicable). We also recommend retaining proof of mailing.

To complete a return, we require your receipt or proof of purchase.

We will not be able to cancel or refund in the following circumstances:

Your return does not have proof of purchase; The original packaging and parts are missing; Issues related to order cancellations; Lost, stolen, or misdirected packages

Once an order has been marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected packages.

If your package is lost, we recommend first checking with a family member, neighbor, or your local carrier office. If you still can't find your package, please contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier (if eligible).

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email notifying you that we've received it. We'll also notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, we'll process your refund. If approved, we'll automatically refund the amount to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, less any applicable fees (e.g., restocking fee, transaction fee).

If the original payment method is unavailable, we may, at our discretion, provide a store credit.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In some cases, we may only allow a partial refund.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts, not due to our fault. Any item returned more than 30 days after shipment.

Some situations may qualify for a partial refund, such as items returned outside of their original condition or after their expiration date.

Delayed Refunds or Refunds Not Received (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be posted.

Next, contact your bank. Refunds typically take some time to be posted.

Special Offer Items (if applicable)

Certain special offers (such as final sale items) are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you require an exchange, please email Dora@hicould.com to obtain authorization and cover the return shipping costs. We will provide further information once your exchange is authorized.

Return Shipping Costs

Once authorized, you can return the product by mail to the address provided by contacting Customer Service.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange product to arrive may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued at over $100, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

You are responsible for the safekeeping and proper storage of the item in your possession.

If you do not return the product, we reserve the right to charge a fee not exceeding our cost to recover the product.

Return Shipping - If repairs are required, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to and from our facility.
